- Utilize Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)/Instructional System Design (ISD) to develop and implement General, Regulatory, Operational, and Technical Training curriculum and materials for a variety of user groups/customers, including DOE/NNSA Nuclear and High Hazard Operation facilities
- Application of Department of Energy Order 426.2 t

- Translate and tech-edit complex technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel for use in a variety of training environments
- Suggest, develop, and implement streamlined tools for improved effectiveness and efficiency (referenceable documents, user guides, quick reference guides, etc.) for managers and instructors in collaboration with technical experts (engineers, industrial hygienists, etc.), leads, instructors, procedure owners, and other stakeholders through the development and implementation of training materials

- Mentor, train, and supervise training personnel while providing input and performing instructor evaluations
- Develop and present Continuing Training for Training Staff (Proctor Training)
- Function as lead instructor/Subject Matter Experts, responsible for Bullard Hood materials (initial, retrain, lesson plan, study guide, JPM, exams), including the creation of Initial Half Mask training materials and LXR training
- Capable of assisting with scheduling classroom trainings, JPMs, exam proctoring, and other necessary resources
- Operate Fit Testing as a Regulatory Training Respirator Fit Test Technician
